Working in depth on yourself requires consistency and length of time continuing process mind set, as for sports or any other activity such as music etc.

On average, one session every fortnight for 5 months is a good basis. This remains as brief therapy; however each situation requires a specific strategy, timing and work duration that we will develop together.

This therapy can include ETHERAPIE ™holistic assessment, therefore mainly uses typical Transpersonal tool which is Guided Conscious Dreaming (free, directed or guided).
