Stress-free (stress management)
During our workshop and/or individual sessions, we will discover the stress management principles and different body mediation practices.
Stress is a key point of modern life in both private and business spheres. Knowing how to manage stress has become a true asset regarding relationships and also in terms of performance.
Once the stress mechanism is well understood, the corrective actions are presented as well as practiced in order to be autonomous at the end of the workshop.
The Stress-free approach is based on Qi Gong and Yoga but in any case, body mediation is the basis of stress management.
